Pricing questions
Is there a lock-in or annual contract?+
No. All plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billed period.
What does the 14-day free trial include?+
Full Pro access: digital menu, online bookings, translation to 2 languages, custom URL and analytics. No card required to sign up.
Do you charge commission per booking?+
No. Online bookings are included in Pro and above for a fixed monthly fee. You never pay per table booked.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, anytime from the dashboard. Upgrade or downgrade and Stripe adjusts billing on the next cycle.
Which plan includes a custom domain?+
Custom domain (yourdomain.com) is included in Premium and Group. We help you connect it with no Bookarta branding.
Is there a discount for multiple venues?+
Yes. Group plan (€79/mo) includes Premium for up to 5 venues with centralised management — ≈€15.80/venue. For more than 5, email info@bookarta.es.
